How do I cancel within 24 hours of purchase?

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase of the deal

How will I know that my deal is confirmed?
You will receive an immediate email as soon as your credit card has been applied to indicate that your reservation is confirmed. Additional information and individual confirmation numbers will be sent to you within 24 hours of purchase.

Are there a maximum number of deals that I can purchase?
It varies by deal but you can buy as many as you like unless otherwise stated on the deal page.

Can I buy this deal as a gift?
Yes you can!

I purchased my deal …. now what?
Once your credit card has been charged, you will get an email confirmation/receipt that your purchase has been made. We will email you again within 24 hours with your hotel confirmation number and the additional details.

What is your refund policy?
For date-specific events or deals we will gladly refund your purchase within 24 hours of booking. However there will be no refunds, full or partial, after 24 hours.

Can I change the name of the person using the deal?
Yes, the deal is transferrable but only up to July 2, 2012. If you want to change any name(s) contact our customer service department at elegantescapes@oceanstylemagazine.com

I want to spend additional night(s) at the hotel, how can I book this?
You will need to contact the hotel directly to book extra nights and any other additional services you may require from the hotel. Contact Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay, provide the confirmation number received from us, and request the additional nights you need. The hotel will give you a separate confirmation number for the extra nights and you will pay the hotel directly

When will I receive my Reggae Sumfest VIP tickets?
Your tickets will be delivered to you upon check-in at the hotel.

Can I get a discount if I don’t want to attend one of the nights at Sumfest?
Unfortunately we cannot break apart the package in that manner.

Who do I contact if the service received was not as advertised?
The service provided is the sole responsibility of the Vendor and you should contact them directly. Of course, we will provide any assistance we can to resolve any issues you may have. In addition, we would love to hear from you about your experience at elegantescapes@oceanstylemagazine.com

What happens if I need to cancel my trip after I have already booked?
As this is a date-specific event, refunds for cancellations are only available within 24 hours of booking.
After 24 hours no refunds will be made.
