A rich, buttery yellow cake made with Amaretto liqueur and rich chocolate chunks, then topped with an Amaretto glaze and a hint of toasted almonds. We have created a unique subtle flavor and exceptional moistness to this perennial Italian favorite.
Large: 40 oz net wt. Our full size cake serves 12-14 easily. For larger groups cut each cake in half, straight cut the slices about 1" wide and cut that in half leaving you with 1" x 2" finger slices, layer the slices (overlapping slightly) on your favorite platter, place a decorative bowl in center with fresh fruit or whipped cream. This makes a beautiful presentation and serves between 30-45 pieces.
Junior: 12 oz net wt. Our juniors serve 2-4, but can be cut into smaller pieces and serve up to 6.
